Supersaw combinators for Reason 7

Postby Aquila » Tue Jun 11, 2013 10:51 am

Attention Reason users! I'm sharing a couple of supersaw combinators I made featuring 24 oscillators and 4 sub oscillators to create a massive supersaw sound.

Aquila's Supersaw comprises mainly of Subtractors providing the oscillators, and Thuper Thor uses Thor for the oscillators (unsurprisingly).

You can hear an audio example here: https://soundcloud.com/a-boy-and-his-ro ... rs/s-bE1xJ

Download the two patches here: http://www.theaquila.co.uk/media/supersaws.zip

Hope you find them useful :)

It's my go-to workflow now. It has pretty much all I need; Multichannel audio recording, Infinite audio and CV routing, MIDI in and out, 3rd party plugins (not VST/VSTi though), warp-like timestretching and audio quantising. Only thing it needs now is better live performance modes.

I don't like the workflow of reason. I like the thin subtle sounds to create gamish music with, but mixing is a real pain...
