Good idea :)

A few things, they're not great; I think I'd do best adding to something else rather than trying to start off. I'll put them here anyhow :P

I know I have a more suitable beat somewhere, but I can't find it :x . If I do encounter it, I'll report back here :geek:

[mp3]465[/mp3]
I dont like this one

[mp3]464[/mp3]
This one has a nice vibe on it, would like to hear some variations of it, you dont want the song to be the same over and over again...like some parts go punch punch punch punch mad berserk cool without that can sound :P or at least some variation without that can thingy sound

[mp3]463[/mp3]
sounds cool as well, initially sounding 80's-like but I think it has some melody in the background? I hear some slight strings...and then turns hip-hop-ish dunno-ish x_X

[mp3]462[/mp3]
sounds great, would do awesome with a bit of tweak-age specially on the fuzzy sound.

Incidentally, how are we going to approach the final mix?? Once ideas etc are collated it seems logical to have the overall arrangement fall on one person rather than each person keep adding/removing bits to their own tastes? Regular feedback from the arranger obviously to allow for input from the whole team but it could get messy if we're all hacking away at it left right and centre. :?:

more important, we need to set a key to avoid offkeyness.
As I said before I vote for B or D or E

B D or E is not a key. B minor is a key. or D Mixolidyan. Or did you mean the major keys?
Any key is good for me. C D G B majors and their relative minors are very guitar friendly.

Well here a lame experiment I made with the 2nd beat

Here I am trying a new VST I got, Im using FL instead of my usual Reason.
it's just an experiment, so if you dont like just say so :P we want to win, so dont feel shy to say you dont like it

[mp3]473[/mp3]

I think it's too squareish and not fitting well the rhythm, but well If you like the sounds of this VST say so, or if you rather my usual reason sound say so as well :P
